Brick City Makes offers two acres of affordable, expandable, light industrial production space under one roof in the city of St. Louis, with easy access to multiple interstates. It’s more than just a space; it’s a place that grows with you.

True Convenience

In addition to the outdoor secured parking spaces, we offer indoor, climate controlled parking spaces.  All members have access to a spacious automatic, 5,000 lb. freight elevator.  Additionally, moving goods in or out of your place is made easy with access to our versatile loading dock that can accommodate up to 53-foot truck trailers.

Helpful Community

On the second floor, Brick City Makes provides community space to all members.  Included in your membership, is on-site conference space that can accommodate up to 50 seated individuals. Additionally, members have direct access to experts and best-in-class support services from a variety of disciplines in the community space.  When you need a break, you can relax in the comfortable member common space.

Flexible Space

On the floors above the membership meeting and workshop space, our floorplan provides rentable units ranging from a 1,300-square-foot suite up to an entire 12,000-square-foot floor. The flexible design accommodates growth: small units can be combined into larger ones and additional spaces can be leased on multiple floors.

The majority of spaces offer natural light and each floor will have new common restrooms and an industrial sink. The building will have a private parking lot, 24-hour secure access for tenants and a community conference room.
