Who We Are

Brick City Makes is a joint project of two private, non-profit organizations, DeSales Community Development and St. Louis Makes.

DeSales Community Development, founded in 1976, is one of St. Louis’ oldest and most accomplished community development corporations.  Brick City Makes will be professionally managed by Fox Grove Management, a wholly owned affiliate of DeSales.

St. Louis Makes was organized in 2014 with a mission to grow manufacturing revenue and employment across the greater St Louis region, especially among smaller manufacturing companies. St. Louis Makes will house its offices and the building and provide services, programming and special events there.
